摘 要:膜生物反应器(MBR)由于其具备占地面积小、生物浓度高、处理效率高等优点,已经在生活污水、工业废水处理等方面得到了广泛的应用。但是,运行中存在着一个不可避免的问题,即膜通量随着工况的运行会逐渐降低,影响了MBR的处理效率。临界通量是指膜开始发生严重污染时的通量,通常用测临界通量的方法来表征膜的抗污染性能。该试验采取逐步增大蠕动泵转速的方法测定聚醚砜平板膜的临界通量值,测量结果为30.9 L/(m2.h)。此外,对与膜污染相关的几个因素进行了阐述。Membrane bioreactor(MBR) has been widely used in domestic sewage,industrial wastewater treatment for its small footprint,high bio-concentration,handling and high efficiency.However,there is an inevitable question that the membrane flux will be gradually reduced with the operating conditions,which affects the MBR treatment efficiency.Membrane critical flux is the beginning of serious contamination of flux,which is usually the method of measuring the critical flux as an assessment of membrane anti-pollution performance.In this study,the speed of peristaltic pump was gradually increased in order to determine the PES flat membrane critical flux value,the measurement results was 30.9 L/m2 o h.Besides,the factors that affect membrane fouling were also discussed
