高校图书馆人力资源管理的现状与对策

摘　　要：图书馆人力资源管理对高校图书馆的发展起着举足轻重的作用,是图书馆事业发展的核心因素。笔者分析了高校图书馆人力资源管理的现状,指出了高校图书馆人力资源管理存在的问题,提出建立高校图书馆人力资源管理的对策。Human resource management of the college libraries plays an important role in the development of the libraries,and is a core element of the development.The author analyzes the present situation about the college libraries＇ human resources management,and points out the problems in the college libraries＇ human resources management,proposes the countermeasures of establishing the college libraries＇ human resources management.
