中国大陆与香港地区全科医学毕业后培训模式比较

摘　　要：目的比较中国大陆与香港地区全科医学毕业后培训,探索改进内地全科医学培训模式的道路。方法以大陆和香港全科医学培训模式为对象,比较两地模式异同。结果两地培训时间、形式和内容、考试和管理方式存在差异。结论今后培训应按需调整培训时间,培训形式更应贴近全科医学理念,完善教学方法,健全考试制度,规范统一管理方式。Objective To make a comparison of GP postgraduate education model between China Mainland and Hong Kong and to explore an approach to improve GP postgraduate education in China.Methods Selecting GP postgraduate education model in China Mainland and in Hong Kong and finding training model differences and similarities between two places.Results There are differences in name,time and regulation,training pattern and content,teaching method,exam and management.Conclusion In the future,the training time should be adjusted,training pattern and content should be more relative to GP＇s notion to improve teaching method,exam system and standardize management.
