摘　　要：长学制医学教育的开展对传统的内科临床教学提出了全新的要求。实践表明,早期接触临床,加强人文教育,开设横向讨论课,开展仿真模型教学和渐进式双语教学等多种临床教学模式的改革,可有效提高八年制医学生内科学临床学习效果,有利于高素质医学人才的培养。In orderto meet the need of 8-yearprogramclinical medical teaching,the clinical education pattern reform about internal medicine is necessary.This paper makes some explorations of the clinical education pattern reform in 8-year program clinical medical teaching,which is confirmed effective and helpful to cultivating medical talents with high quality.
