摘　　要：目的:检测乳腺癌患者术前及术后血清环氧化酶-2(COX-2)的水平,探讨COX-2与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA法)检测乳腺癌组30例、腺病组13例及对照组13例血清COX-2水平,分析不同病理特征患者的血清COX-2表达水平。结果:乳腺癌术前及术后组患者血清COX-2水平均明显高于对照组和腺病组(P<0.01);乳腺癌术前组患者血清COX-2水平明显高于术后组(P<0.01)。乳腺癌患者术前有淋巴结转移者血清COX-2水平高于无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05),ER阴性的患者血清COX-2水平明显高于ER阳性患者(P<0.01),HER-2阳性患者血清COX-2水平明显高于HER-2阴性患者(P<0.01)。结论:乳腺癌患者血清中COX-2水平明显高于对照组及腺病组,血清COX-2水平的检测可作为乳腺癌诊断的一项筛选指标,也可用于鉴别乳腺良、恶性疾病。Objective To detect the serum levels of cyclooxygenase-2 （COX-2）in patients with breast cancer before and after operation,and approach the relation of COX-2with the clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer. Methods The serum COX-2expression levels in 30cases of breast cancer,13cases of adenosis and 13cases of controls were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results The serum levels of COX-2in pre-operative group and post-operative group were significantly higher than those in control group and adenosis group（P0.01）.The serum level of COX-2in patients with breast cancer in pre-operative group was higher than that in post-operative group（P0.01）,the serum level of COX-2in patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis （P0.05）,ER-negative patients had higher level of serum COX-2than ER positive patients（P0.01）,the serum COX-2level in HER-2positive patients was higher than that in negative patients （P0.01）.Conclusion The serum level of COX-2in breast cancer patients is significantly higher than those in normal control group and breast adenosis group.Detection of the serum level of COX-2in patients with breast cancer can be used as a candidate diagnostic indicator and for diagnosis of the benign and malignantbreastdiseases.
