摘　　要：本研究以衡水学院毕业生为对象,对衡水学院毕业生的择业心态进行调查,结果显示:衡水学院毕业生在择业过程中的心态呈现多样化的特点,择业态度灵活,他们普遍认为保持乐观、自信的心态会有助于自己就业。This study,taking the graduates of Hengshui University as the subjects,makes a survey of the graduates’ mentality of choosing occupation.The results show that they have a variety of mentality and flexible attitudes towards choosing occupation,and that they generally consider that keeping optimistic and self-confident attitude will help their employment.
