肝硬化失代偿期患者血清胱抑素c的变化及意义

摘　　要：目的:通过观察肝硬化失代偿期患者血清胱抑素c(Cystatin c,Cys c)水平变化,探讨Cys c与肝硬化失代偿及并发出血、腹水的关系。方法:应用颗粒增强透射免疫比浊法测定32名肝硬化失代偿期患者及32名健康对照者血清Cys c值,分析肝硬化及并发出血、腹水与Cys c的关系。结果:肝硬化失代偿组Cys c浓度明显高于正常对照组,肝硬化腹水组Cys c浓度明显高于肝硬化无腹水组,且发现肝硬化失代偿组与正常对照组比较,Cys c浓度与年龄有更为显著的正相关性趋势。结论:血清Cys c对肝硬化的发生、发展及腹水的形成有一定的作用,且肝硬化失代偿期患者血清Cys c更易受年龄增长的影响。Objective：To observe the serum level of cys c change of the patients with hepatocirrhosis of the stage of decompensation,to investigate correlations toward the patients with hemorrhage and ascites.Methods：The serum level of cys c was measured by partied-enhanced immunonepe lometry in 32 patients with hepatocirrhosis of the stage of decompensation and 32 health controls,to analysis relationships toward the patients with hemorrhage and with ascites.Results：The serum cys c’s level of the patients with hepatocirrhosis of the stage of decompensation was higher obviously than the controls.The serum cys c’s level of the patients with ascites was higher obviously than the patients without ascites.Compared the correlation between the serum level of Cys c and the age of patients,the patients with hepatocirrhosis of the stage of decompensation’s had more positive correlation obviously.Conclusions：The serum level of cys c had some action of the development of hepatocirrhosis and ascites.The serum cys c’s level in the patients with hepatocirrhosis of the stage of decompensation inceased gradually with age.
