摘　　要：目的:了解基层护士的心理健康状况,探讨影响护士心理健康的因素及对策。方法:采用SCL-90自评量表对我院321名护士进行问卷调查。结果:护士总体健康水平显著低于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。我院护士普遍处于躯体化、精神抑郁、饮食睡眠、精神等较差的心理健康状况。结论:护士的心理健康状况欠佳,与护理的高强度与压力有很大关系,因此护理管理者应消除不利的影响因素,增强护士群体的心理健康水平,提高护理质量。Objective： To investigate the mental health condition of nurse in primary hospital and explore the affecting factors and countermeasures of the mental health.Methods： A total number of 321 nurses in our hospital involved in the investigation by snmptom checklist 90（SCL-90）.Results： The nurse group had higher score on the norm,the differences were significant（P〈0.05）.Nurses were general worse in mental health of somatization,depression,sleep and diet,mental.Conclusion： The mental health condition of nurses is related with the high intensity and pressure of care.And therefore the managers should eliminate negative factors and enhance mental health condition of nurse groups to improve quality of care.
