摘　　要：目的:探讨癫痫患者的手术治疗方法及其疗效。方法:总结分析92例癫痫患者的病因、分类及手术治疗选择,评估手术方法的疗效及预后。结果:74例外伤性癫痫患者手术效果良好;13例颅内病变继发癫痫患者手术治疗后效果最好,3例原发性癫痫患者术后效果良好。结论:通过手术切除痫灶或解决颅内病变治疗癫痫可以达到良好的效果,手术治疗癫痫是一种有效措施。Objective： To study the operation method and curative effect of patients with epilepsy.Methods： The operation therapeutic effect and prognosis were evaluated through summarizing and analyzing 92 epilepsy patients＇ etiological factor,classification and operation method.Results： 74 traumatic epilepsy patients obtained well recovery,13 insecondary epilepsy patients of intracal disease obtained well recovery;3 essential epilepsy patients recovered well.Conclusion： Treating epilepsy patients with operation therapy that removing focus of epilepsy can gain good results,and the operation method is an effective mean for epilepsy.
