摘　　要：结合燕山大学材料综合实验教学中心建设的实践,阐述了培养创新型人才的途径:开放实验室;开设创新型实验;开展大学生课外科技活动;增加实验中心的建设投入;健全实验中心的管理制度等。Combing the actual practice of constructing the Material Comprehensive Experimental Teaching Center of Yanshan University,this article elaborates on the methods to cultivate innovative talents. One needs to open up the laboratories,to establish innovative experiments,to promote scientific and technological extracurricular activities for college students,to invest more in the construction of the experiment center and to improve the management system of the center.
