摘　　要：通过减少验证性实验、增加开设综合性和设计性实验为核心的生物技术课程的实验教学改革措施,着力培养学生的综合实验素质。同时通过相关实验室的开放工作,培养学生的创新性思维及分析和解决问题的能力。实验教学体系的改革显著提高了实验教学质量和学生的综合实验素质。By reforming masures of biotechnology experiment that advocate to lessen verified experiment and increase the number of comprehensive and designed experiment,the students,comprehensive experiment quality will be developed. And the opening of some related laboratory provide the condition of cultivate their ability of innovating thought,analyzing and sloving problems. The reformation increases the quality of expreiment teaching and comprehensive diathesis of students.
