周围型肝内胆管癌的多层螺旋CT动态扫描观察

摘　　要：目的 分析肝内周围型胆管细胞癌（IHPCC）多层螺旋CT动态增强扫描的CT表现.方法 经手术病理证实的25 例IHPCC 病人,均行 CT 平扫及三期动态增强扫描,回顾性分析其CT表现.结果 所有病例CT平扫病灶均表现为大片状低密度影,病灶内或病灶周围可见胆管扩张.增强扫描动脉期病灶无强化8例,轻度强化17例;延迟扫描均有不同程度强化表现.结论 CT动态增强扫描是肝内周围型胆管细胞癌诊断和鉴别诊断的重要方法.Objective To analyse dynamic multi--slice spiral CT appearances of intrahepatic peripheral cholangiocarcinoma（IH- PCC）. Methods 25 cases of surgically and pathologically proven IHPCC were reviewed retrospectively . Conventional CT and dy- namic contrast--enhanced CT scans were performed in all patients . Results CT features of IHPCC were low density , cholangiectasis around and within the lesions on pre--contrast images;there was no enhancement in 8 cases, mild enhancement in 17 cases in arterial phase;in delayed scan,the lesions were progressive enhancement. Conclusion Dynamic contrast-enhanced CT scan is important technique for the diagnosis of IHPCC.
