摘 要:目的探讨生长抑素受体(SSTR)的5种亚型(SSTR1~SSTR5)在结直肠癌组织中的表达与血管生成的关系。方法免疫组化染色法(SP法)检测127例结直肠癌组织中SSTR1~SSTR5、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及CD34的表达并计算微血管密度(MVD),分析SSTR各亚型的表达与VEGF表达及MVD的关系。结果结直肠癌组织中SSTR1、SSTR2、SSTR3、SSTR4及SSTR5表达阳性率分别为64.6%(82/127)、36.2%(46/127)、18.9%(24/127)、18.9%(24/127)及38.6%(49/127),VEGF表达阳性率为63.8%(81/127),MVD为(34.67±16.62)个/HP。SSTR2呈阳性表达的结直肠癌组织中VEGF的表达阳性率(47.8%,22/46)及MVD〔(29.00±15.32)个/HP〕明显低于呈阴性表达者〔72.8%,59/81;(37.90±16.56)个/HP〕,P<0.05;而其他4种亚型的表达与VEGF的表达及MVD无关(P>0.05)。结论结直肠癌组织中SSTR2的阳性表达与血管生成有关。Objective To study the relationships between expressions of somatostatin receptor subtypes(SSTR1-SSTR5)and angiogenesis in colorectal cancer.Methods The expressions of SSTR1-SSTR5,VEGF,and CD34in the paraffin sections of colorectal cancer tissues from 127cases were detected by the standard streptavidin-peroxidase(SP)technique.CD34was used as a marker to account microvessel density(MVD)in colorectal cancer tissues.The relationships between the expressions of SSTR1-SSTR5and VEGF expression,or MVD were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of SSTR1,SSTR2,SSTR3,SSTR4,and SSTR5was 64.6%(82/127),36.2%(46/127),18.9%(24/127),18.9%(24/127),and 38.6%(49/127)in colorectal cancer tissues,meanwhile,the positive expression rate of VEGF was 63.8%(81/127)and MVD was(34.67±16.62)/HP in colorectal cancer tissues.The positive expression rate of VEGF(47.8%,22/46)and MVD〔(29.00± 15.32)/HP〕in colorectal cancer tissues with SSTR2positive expression were significantly lower than those in colorectal cancer tissues with SSTR2negative expression〔72.8%,59/81;(37.90±16.56)/HP〕,P0.05.There were no relationships between SSTR1,SSTR3,SSTR4,and SSTR5expression and VEGF expression or MVD(P 0.05).Conclusion The positive expression of SSTR2is related with angiogenesis in colorectal cancer tissues.
