摘  要:目的探讨在准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(laser subepithelial keratomileusis,LASEK)中应用丝裂霉素C后对角膜厚度的影响。方法 87例接受LASEK治疗病例,随机选择一侧眼,在准分子激光扫描后应用丝裂霉素C;另一侧眼行常规LASEK手术,术中不应用丝裂霉素C,作为对照组;对比观察患者中央角膜厚度与术前预计角膜厚度差值的变化及屈光度的变化情况,并比较两组间的差异。结果丝裂霉素C应用组实际切削的角膜厚度与对照组相比,更接近于预计切削的角膜厚度,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后丝裂霉素C应用组屈光度波动较小(P<0.05),在术后2个月趋于稳定,而对照组在术后3~6个月趋于稳定。结论在LASEK术中应用丝裂霉素C可抑制角膜术后发生增殖反应,角膜厚度和屈光度在术后更短时间内趋于稳定。Objective To explore the clinical effect of mitomycin C on the central corneal thickness(CCT) after laser subepithelial keratomileusis ( LASEK ). Methods Mitomycin C ( MMC ) was used topically in 87 eyes of 87 patients who had undergone LASEK after excimer laser ablation. The other eyes of the patients without mitomycin C were used as control. The value differences between the actual central corneal thickness and the predicted CCT and the fluctuation of the dioptre of the two groups after LASEK were recorded. The change was compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the actual CCT in MMC treated group was more close to the predicted CCT. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The fluctuation of the dioptre of MMC treated group was smaller than that of the control group( P 〈 0.05 )and it became stable 2 months after LASEK. The fluctuation was stable 3 to 6 months later in the control group. Conclusions Mitomyein C was obviously effective to prevent corneal hyperplasia and was able to make the CCT and dioptre more stable in a shorter period after LASEK.
