摘　　要：对高校管理体制的调查表明,存在政府宏观管理不够到位、高校尚未成为独立的办学主体、高校内部管理关系尚未完全理顺等问题。未来高校管理体制改革要把增强办学活力、服务地方经济作为目的,政校分开、完善高校法人治理结构作为重点,同时发挥教育中介组织的作用。The survey on local university administration system shows that the government＇s macro-management is not inplace,universities own a part of autonomy and their internal management relations are not in complete order yet.The future reform of local university administration system should put the enhancement of running local universities＇ vitality and to serve local economy as the purpose,separating government and schools to improve the corporate-governance structure as the ke ypoint,and play the role of intermediary educational organization.
