摘 要:气浮浮选是一个多变量控制的复杂过程,相关机理研究主要涉及界面化学领域。本文从泡沫浮选及气浮溶剂浮选两个方面论述了浮选的基本原理。在泡沫浮选方面,着重介绍了双电层的影响机制;在气浮溶剂浮选方面,将溶剂浮选与泡沫浮选及溶剂萃取进行了对比,介绍了目标浮选物在溶剂浮选体系的转移机制。为了对浮选理论作进一步的阐述,详细论述了捕集剂、起泡剂、pH值及电解质对于浮选分离效果的影响,简要概括了温度、时间以及气体流速的影响。Gas flotation is a complicated process with multivariable control.The related mechanism studies were mainly focused on the filed of surface chemistry.In this paper,the basic principle of flotation was discussed from two aspects including froth flotation and gas solvent flotation.In froth flotation,the influencing mechanism of double electrode layer was emphasized.In gas solvent flotation,it was compared with froth flotation and solvent extraction.Moreover,the transfer mechanism of target matter in solvent flotation system was introduced.In order to further expound the flotation theory,the effect of collector,foaming agent,pH and electrolyte on the flotation separation results was discussed in detail.In addition,the effect of temperature,time and gas flow rate was briefly summarized.
