摘 要:提出一种飞机壁板自动钻铆加工时实时测量待钻铆点处法向量的新方法。该方法利用激光测距传感器在钻铆点周围获取特征点的坐标,通过二次曲面拟合算法计算出待钻铆点处法向量,并利用MATLAB中的数值计算方法对特征点坐标的选取进行优化计算。仿真结果表明,该方法计算精度和效率较高,可适用于大型飞机机翼、机身壁板自动钻铆过程中法向量的实时检测与托架的在线调平。A new method was proposed that the normal vector of the drilling riveting point was measured real-time while riveting on aircraft panel automatically.The coordinates of feature points about the drilling riveting point were obtained using laser range finder sensor.The vector of the drilling riveting point was calculated applying quadratic surface fitting algorithm and the feature points selection was optimized by a novel data reconciliation method based on MATLAB nonlinear optimum toolbox.The simulation result show this algorithm has higher precision and efficiency.It is suitable to real-time testing normal vector and online leveling bracket in the process of large aircraft panel and fuselage panel auto-drilling riveting.
