《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》对高校师资队伍建设的影响

摘　　要：《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》是我国进入21世纪之后的第一个中长期教育改革和发展规划,也是今后一个时期指导全国教育改革和发展的纲领性文件。本文探讨了《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》对高校师资队伍建设的现实意义及启示。贯彻此教育规划纲要应通过加强师德建设,培养"双师型"教师和中青年教师及教学科研团队等措施加强高校师资队伍建设,打造出一支高水平、高素质的高校师资队伍。The Guidelines of the National Program for Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development（2010-2020）（Guidelines for short） is not only China＇s first medium and long-term educational reform and development program after entering the 21st century,but also an programmatic education document for guiding the next period of reform and development.This article discussed the significance and implications of the construction of university faculty exerted by the Guidelines（2010-2020）,and believed that the implementation of the document should be through strengthening moral construction,developing a ＂dual-qualified＂ teachers and young teachers as well as the teaching and researching team,thus to create a high level,high-quality team in university.
