摘　　要：科研档案管理是科研管理的重要组成部分,加强科研档案管理对提升高校科研管理水平具有重要意义。目前,普通高校科研档案管理存在诸多问题,亟需改进。普通高校应从加强管理意识、完善管理制度、提高管理人员的技术水平等方面入手加强科研档案管理。Scientific research archives management is an important part of scientific research management,and the improvement of scientific research archives management is of important significance for improving the level of scientific research management in colleges and universities.At present,there are some problems to be solved in the scientific research archives management of colleges and universities.The improvement of scientific research archives management should be realized through strengthening management consciousness,perfecting management system,and improving the technical level of managers.
