摘　　要：文中探讨了在信息空间里,高校图书馆知识服务的概念和特点,并提出了高校图书馆开展知识服务的有效途径。This paper discusses the concept and characteristics of library knowledge service in chaotic information space,and puts forward some effective ways of developing knowledge service in university library.
