薏苡仁油的镇痛止血作用

摘　　要：目的:观察薏苡仁油对小鼠的镇痛止血作用。方法:通过扭体法、断尾法和毛细玻璃管法分别观察薏苡仁油对小鼠的镇痛和止血作用,并观察薏苡仁油对小鼠脾脏指数和胸腺指数的影响。结果:与对照组比较,薏苡仁油2.0 g·kg-1组和1.0 g·kg-1组可显著延长小鼠的扭体潜伏期,减少扭体次数,缩短凝血时间,并提高小鼠胸腺指数和脾脏指数。结论:薏苡仁油有镇痛止血作用,并能促进脾脏和胸腺发育。Objective： To observe the effects of Coix Seed Oil on analgesia and hemostasis in mice.Method： The effects of Coix Seed Oil on analgesia and hemostasis in mice were observed through the methods of body stretching,tail cutting and blood coagulation in glass capillary accordingly,and the influence of Coix seed Oil on the organ index of spleen and thymus in mice was also observed.Result： Compared with control group,2.0 g·kg-1 and 1.0 g·kg-1 Coix Seed Oil had significant effects of prolonging the stretching incubation period,decreasing the stretching times and shortening the clotting time in mice,and could significantly increase the organ index of spleen and thymus in mice.Conclusion： Coix Seed Oil has the effects of analgesia and hemostasis,and can promote the growth of spleen and thymus in mice.
