摘 要:目的:通过开展综合性实验,探讨培养学生临床护理综合能力的实验教学方法及效果。方法:选择2004级护理本科4个班(1、2、3、4)183名学生为研究对象。1、3班为实验组,2、4班为对照组。对照组采用传统的验证性实验教学方法,实验组采用开设综合性实验的教学方法。在课程结束后及临床实习期间,分别对两组学生进行实验技能考核、临床实践能力考核和综合能力评价。结果:实验组学生成绩明显优于对照组。结论:综合性实验可激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生临床护理综合能力。Objective: To explore experimental teaching methods and effect of comprehensive experiments for undergraduate nursing students on comprehensive capacity.Methods: Totally 183 students of the 2004 grade,including four undergraduate classes,were selected and randomly assigned to the control group(class 2,4) and the interventional group(class 1,3).The students in the control group were received the teaching method of traditional trial experiment,and those in the interventional group were received the teaching method of comprehensive experiment.The effect by testing the experimental nursing skills,capacity of clinical practice and comprehensive ability of the students in two groups were evaluated after the course and in the period of practice.Results: The effect of the intervention group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: Comprehensive experiments can inspire study interest and improve the comprehensive capacity of undergraduate nursing students.
