摘　　要：目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤(GISTS)的临床病理和影像特征。方法回顾性分析3例GISTS患者的临床病史、影像表现、病理形态和免疫组化表达。结果 3例分别位于胃底、胃体、十二指肠,2例转移。影像可显示病变部位、形态及血供特点。免疫组化特征为CD117和CD34阳性。结论 GISTS缺乏特征性临床表现和影像特征,术前确诊率低,确诊必须依靠病理检查。Objective To study the clinicopathology and imaging feature of gastrointestinal stromal tumors（GISTS）.Methods With review of the clinical history,imaging features,histopathological changes and immunohistochemical expression were investigated in 3 cases of GISTS.Results Among the 3 cases,2 case were located in stomach,1 in duodenum.2 cases with metastases.Imaging can show the localization and the characteristic of GISTS and its blood supplied feature.CD117 and CD34 were positive in all cases.Conclusion The clinical situations and imaging of GISTS have no specificity,so the rate of preoperative definite diagnosis is low.The final diagnosis of GISTS depend on pathological examination.
