退色疟原虫血片标本的不同复染法比较

摘　　要：目的探讨已退色疟原虫血片复染的最佳方法。方法采用五种染色方法,用不同浓度的染液,不同的缓冲液及染色时间,进行对比实验。结果疟原虫血片标本用传统的单一染色法复染,效果均不佳。瑞氏与吉氏复合染色法,虫体结构清晰着色均匀。结论瑞氏与吉氏复合染色法复染退色疟原虫血片可满足教学重复利用。Objective To explore the best ways for redyeing biology specimen of plasmodium blood smear. Methods The plasmodium blood smears were redyed by five different ways in different density,pH and time,Results Compared with traditional single dying method,compound staining of Wright-Giemsa was well done with plasmodium polypide pigmented and clear structure. Conclusion Compound staining of Wright-Giemsa can be carried out to perform teaching process satisfactorily.
