摘　　要：目的:加强基础护理工作,提供优质护理服务。方法:改变人员配备和排班模式,修订岗位职责、工作制度和工作流程,重视护士积极性的调动,重点抓落实,建立监督机制,确保工作质量,以达到患者满意为目的,及时反馈整改。结果:提高了护士的责任心和综合素质,拓展了业务知识,解决患者在院期间的实际困难,减轻了家属的负担,保障了护理安全,促进患者的舒适、病室的整洁肃静。结论:"优质护理服务示范工程"在科室开展,提高了护理质量及患者的满意度。ObjectiveTo strengthen the basic nursing work and provide quality nursing services.MethodThe personnel and scheduling model were changed,the responsibilities,job and work flow were revised,raising the enthusiasm of the nurses was attended,supervisory mechanism was established,the quality of work was ensured,in order to achieve the satisfaction of inpatients and feedback adjustment timely.ResultsThe comprehensive quality and responsibility of the nurses were improved,the contents of nursing services was expanded,the practical difficulties of patients was solved,the burden of the family was reduced,the safety of nursing was ensured,the function and comfortable of patients and clean,silence of hospital room were promoted.ConclusionThe satisfaction of patients with nursing work are increased by the practices of ＇quality care dememonstration project＇ in section.
