摘　　要：针对目前高校在资源建设中存在的普遍问题,结合实践介绍了一个相对完善的教学资源制作环境建设方案,同时指出搭建一个有利于教学资源制作环境的重要性。In view of the common problems in resource construction of colleges and universities and in combination with our practice,the article introduces a relatively perfect scheme for the teaching resource making environment.It also points out the importance of creating an environment favorable to teaching resource making.
