膀胱高分化平滑肌肉瘤1例诊疗分析

摘　　要：分析本院收治膀胱平滑肌肉瘤1例的临床资料,患者表现为肉眼血尿,行肿物及部分膀胱切除术。病理诊断为膀胱高分化平滑肌肉瘤,免疫组化检查Vimentin(+),MSA(+),EMA(-),S-100(-),CD117(-),Cytokeratin(-),actin(+)。探讨膀胱平滑肌肉瘤诊断及治疗方法。膀胱高分化平滑肌肉瘤为少见恶性肿瘤,肿物小者可进行经尿道切除术,肿物大者以手术为主。1 case of leiomyosarcoma in bladder with gross hematuria which locate at dome,side were involved in our research group.The final pathologic examination confirmed leiomyosarcoma and Vimentin（＋）,MSA（＋）,EMA（-）,S-100（-）,CD117（-）,Cytokeratin（-）,actin（＋）.To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of leiomyosarcoma of bladder.Leiomyosarcoma is a rarely seen tumor in genitourinary tract.Surgery is the treatment of choice.
