摘　　要：开放获取(open access)是国际学术界、出版界、图书情报界为了推动科研成果通过英特网免费、自由地利用而采取的运动。文章从促进生物医学信息的广泛交流出发。就生物医学信息资源的开放获取对医学科研合作产生深远的影响进行分析,发现其对平等、有效地利用医学科技成果具有重要的意义。Open access is the international academic circles,publication field,the book intelligence report field for the sake of the push research result passes internet free,make use of but adopt at liberty from promote extensive exchanges of the biomedical science information set open access to bring about profound influence on the medical science research cooperation for the biomedical science information resources,to equal,make use of the medical science and technology result to have the important meaning availably.
