摘　　要：《中医各家学说》是反映历代中医学成就的一门课程,有很强的理论性、实用性和研究性。李东垣的脾胃"内伤热中"说在中医学术史上具有相当重要的地位,同时也是《中医各家学说》课程讲授一大重点和难点。严世芸教授为著名中医医史文献专家,以李东垣"内伤热中"说为例,介绍严教授的教学特色。＂Different Schools of Chinese Medicine Theories＂ is a course with academic,practical and researchful value presenting the achievements of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） in every dynasty.The theory of ＂heat due to internal injury＂ of spleen-stomach proposed by Li Dongyuan plays an important role in academic history of TCM and is an emphasis and difficulty in teaching ＂Different Schools of Chinese Medicine Theories＂.Prof.Yan Shiyun is a famous expert of TCM and this paper takes the theory of ＂heat due to internal injury＂ of Li Dongyuan as example to introduce his teaching characteristics.
