摘　　要：侧重从量化指标对比分析切入,通过建立一套指标体系,构建出一个地方民众科技文化素质水平的综合评价方法,计算出民众科技文化素质相关指标的评分,以考察安徽民众科技文化素质上的真实情况、反映安徽科技文化普及的现状。文章认为民众科技文化素质高低与科技文化普及状况有着密切的联系;同时针对上述评价结果提出安徽加快科技文化普及、提高民众科技文化素质的建议。By means of the correlation and analysis of the quantitative indexes and the establishment of a set of index systems,a comprehensive evaluation method for the sci-tech and cultural qualities of local citizens is constructed.Based on the scores of the related indexes calculated by this method,Anhui citizens＇ sci-tech and cultural qualities and the present situation of scientific and cultural education in this area are investigated.It is pointed out that there is a close relationship between the level of sci-tech and cultural qualities of citizens and that of the scientific and cultural education.As to the above-mentioned researches,some suggestions are given to accelerate the popularization of scientific and cultural education in Anhui and raise the sci-tech and cultural qualities of local citizens.
