摘  要:对生产上已采完1潮菇的杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii)废菌棒进行及时补充营养L9(34)正交试验研究。试验结果表明补营养效果明显好于仅补水的对照。大多数试验配方处理均较对照现蕾和成熟早、生物转化效率和产量高。以2潮菇子实体产量和补液总成本作为综合评价指标,应用Fuzzy变换进行正交优化分析,得到产量高且成本低的最佳补充营养液配方为:葡萄糖2.5%,蛋白胨0.6%,酵母膏0.2%,KH2PO40.06%(MgSO4.7H2O 0.06%)。4个营养因素对综合评价指标的影响次序是:KH2PO4>酵母膏>蛋白胨>葡萄糖。Orthogonal testing [L9(34)] was adopted for optimizing the composition of a nutritional supplement used to augment Pleurotus eryngii compost following the initial harvest of fruit bodies.Nutritional supplementation resulted in shorter primordia formation and fruit body maturation times,and higher fruit body yields,in a subsequent developmental cycle.These effects were especially evident when the compost was supplemented with(w/w) 2.5% glucose,1.2% peptone,0.1% yeast extract and 0.06% KH2PO4.Fuzzy analysis indicated that the most effective nutritional formulation consisted of 2.5% glucose,0.6% peptone,0.2% yeast extract,0.06% KH2PO4 and 0.06% MgSO4·7H2O,which generated high yields at low cost.The four tested factors were ranked KH2PO4 〉yeast extract〉 peptone 〉glucose in terms of their impact on the comprehensive evaluation index.
