浅谈高职学生入党动机的分阶段培养

摘　　要：培养入党动机是高校党建工作的重要环节,做好积极分子的入党动机培养工作是保证党员质量的关键。入党动机问题关系到学生是否具备入党的资格,更影响到党的先进性和纯洁性。在新的形势下,随着高职类院校学生党员人数的不断上升,党员发展的质量亦然成为一个关键的问题。针对学生入党动机开展的分阶段递进式培养,不仅能够保证高职学生党员的质量,也是为社会主义培养合格接班人奠定了思想基础。The training of motives of joining the Party is an important link of Party building in universities and strengthening education of activists＇motives is the key point of ensuring quality of the members,which is related to the issue of whether students have the quali-fications to join the Party and will affect the Party＇s advancement and purity.In the new situation,with the increase of the number of the Party members in vocational colleges,the quality of them has become a key issue.The progressive training of their motives can not only guarantee the quality of the Party members in vocational colleges,but also lay an ideological foundation for upbringing qualified socialist successors.
