摘  要:火电厂建设项目过程后评价是后评价的重要组成部分,反映了是项目实施的各个阶段的完成情况,通过建立基于AHP和物元可拓模型的火电厂建设项目过程后评价模型,从前期决策、开工准备、工程实施、投资控制四个方面建立了过程后评价指标体系,模型分析结果表明了保定热电八期扩建项目的建设符合决策要求,实施过程控制情况水平为优,指标评价体系和评价方法的建立为以后火电厂建设提供科学、有效的信息和决策依据。The process post-evaluation for thermal power plant project is an important part of post-evaluation to reflect the implementation situations foe each stage during the process.The model of matter-element and extension was applied into the thermal power plant project process post-evaluation,and also the process index system included four aspects: the early decision-making,started to prepare,project implementation,investment control.The weight and the scores of the indexes were respectively got by AHP.The result shows that the process of the Baoding eighth thermal power plant project is excellent,the decision is accurate,and the method is applicable for post-project evaluation for the thermal power plant project.The index system and evaluation method can provide the scientific,effective information and decision-making for the thermal power plant project.
