摘 要:故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术是比传统的故障诊断技术更高级的故障诊断、预测和健康管理技术,将PHM技术应用于电子系统已成为该技术的重要发展趋势之一。根据当前的研究进展,总结了电子系统故障预测的4种实现方法:特征参数法、预警电路、累积损伤模型法和综合法,分析了电子系统PHM技术涉及的关键技术,探讨了电子系统PHM技术发展在特征参数获取、物理损伤模型和电子元器件质量方面将遇到的问题和挑战。最后,从可测性、PHM的标准化和评价指标等方面对电子系统PHM技术的进一步发展提出了几点意见。Prognostics and health management technology,more advanced than the traditional fault diagnosis technology,is about fault diagnosis,prognostic and health management.It is of great significance in cutting down failure rate and maintenance cost.More and more attention is paid to the reliability of electronic system,especially avionics system.Applying PHM technology to electronic system has been one of the most important trends of PHM technology.Based on the analysis of current research,the four implementation methods of prognostics and health management technology of electronics are summarized.They are monitoring precursors,using canary structures,monitoring environmental and usage loads and integration.Then,the key technologies related to PHM technology of electronics are presented,and the future problems and challenges for PHM technology of electronics in the field of precursors capture,physical degradation model and quality of electronic component are discussed.Finally,several suggestions,about design for testability,standard and estimation of PHM technology,are given for future development of PHM technology of electronics.
