摘  要:设定了-90,-30,-15,5℃和室温5个水平贮藏银中杨花粉,用氯化2,3,5-三苯基四唑(TTC)染色法测定花粉活力.结果表明:银中杨单株间花粉寿命变异显著;花粉活力因贮藏温度不同而存在显著差异,温度越低花粉寿命越长.室温条件下银中杨花粉7 d后即丧失活力;在5℃贮藏10 d时,有活力花粉为22.98%,15 d后丧失活力;15 d后在-15,-30℃条件下贮藏的有活力花粉分别为31.98%,38.56%;在-90℃条件下贮藏15 d后,有活力花粉为82.70%,30 d时有活力的花粉为50.68%.Five storage temperature levels of poplar pollen were set.Pollen live of Populus alba×P.berolinensis was studyed at different temperature which were:-90,-30,-15,5 ℃ and nature temperature,the live of span was determined by using the chlorinated 2,3,5-Triphenyl tetrazole(TTC).The results showed that: There was significant variation of longevity of poplar pollen among plants during storage.There was significant variation of longevity of poplar pollen with different storage temperatures.The lower the temperature of storage was,the longer life expectancy was.Poplar pollen can save one week at nature temperature.There were life pollen 22.98% after 10 days at 5 ℃.There were life pollen 31.98% and 38.56 % at-15 ℃ and-30 ℃ after 15 d.There were life pollen 82.70% and 50.68% after 15 d and 30 d at-90 ℃ respectively.
