摘  要:目的:评价消毒液和表面活性剂对改良型硅橡胶印模翻制石膏模型表面特征的影响。方法:选取临床上常用的6种改良型硅橡胶印模材料,模拟三单位固定桥,制作一有机玻璃母模及其个别托盘,制取24个印模并随机平均分为A、B、C、D四组,A组:空白对照组;B组:表面活性剂处理;C组:2%碱性戊二醛消毒处理;D组:2%碱性戊二醛消毒后表面活性剂处理。通过体式显微镜对翻制石膏模型上的可见气泡进行计数。所得结果采用SPSS11.5软件分析。结果:(1)除Novo及Silagum外,其余四种材料经表面活性剂后,石膏模型表面气泡减少,与空白组存在统计学差异(P<0.05);(2)6种材料经消毒处理后,表面气泡增加,与空白组存在统计学差异(P<0.05);(3)Rapid经消毒+表面活性剂处理后表面气泡增加(P<0.05),其余五种材料空白组与消毒+活性剂组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:2%碱性戊二醛消毒处理增加了印模材料翻制石膏模型表面的气泡数目,表面活性剂处理减少了气泡数目并且抵消或改良了消毒的负面影响,提高了印模的质量。Objective:To study the effect of disinfectant and surfactant on the surface feature of the poured plaster models by modified silicone rubber impressions.Methods: To select six kinds of clinical commonly used modified silicone rubber impression materials.To simulate a three unitsf’ixed denture and produce a plexiglass mold and its individual tray.To take twenty-four impressions and divided into A、B、C、D groups.A: control group;B: surfactant;C: 2% alkaline glutaralde-hyde;D:2 % alkaline glutaraldehyde and surfactant.To count the number of bubbles on the plaster models through the stereomicroscope.The results are analyzed by the SPSS11.5 software.Results:(1) The number of bubbles on the plaster models reduced after treated with surfactant except Novo and Silagum.The difference shows statistically significant(P0.05);(2) The number of bubbles incresed after treated with disinfectant.The difference shows statistically significant(P 0.05);(3) The number of bubbles of Rapid incresed after treated with disinfectant and surfactant(P0.05).The other five types of materials showds no statistically significant(P 0.05)with control group.Conclusions: Disinfectant of 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde increases the number of bubbles on the plaster models;The surfactant treatment reduces the number of bubbles and it counteracts or modifies the harmful effect caused by the disinfectant and improves the quality of the impression.
