摘　　要：在艺术和票房上取得双赢,使美国皮克斯工作室成为当今全球动画电影界的领军力量。皮克斯工作室成功的关键在于,它构建了一种和谐、平等、自由、活力四射的企业文化,这种企业文化有效地保留并高度地激发了员工身上的童心,从而使其所创作的动画片大大缩小了与少年儿童观众的心理距离。这种企业文化是高度人性化的,并且具备后现代主义文化的一些基本特质。With its great success in both art and box office,the US Pixar Animation Studios is become today＇s global champion of animation film.The key of Pixar＇s success is that it has established a harmonious,equal,liberal and vitalized enterprise culture,which has effectively preserved and highly stimulated the childlike innocence of its staff,thus greatly shortened the psychological distance between their children audience and their products.This kind of enterprise culture is highly humanistic;it also has some basic features of the post-modern culture.
