摘  要:柴油机具有良好的动力性和经济性,汽车柴油机已成为发展趋势,但NOx和微粒(PM)排放高.废气再循环技术是降低柴油机NOx排放最为有效的方法之一.介绍了柴油机废气再循环技术(EGR)的特点及控制原则,为了降低柴油机的NOx排放,研究了不同工况下EGR率对NOx排放的影响.通过试验分析:采用EGR可以有效地降低NOx排放,大负荷采用低EGR率,小负荷采用大EGR率效果显著.Diesel engines have good powerful and economical efficiency, automotive diesel engine have be come a development trend,but more NOx and particulate (PM) emission. Exhaust gas recirculation diesel engine technology to reduce NOx emissions are the most effective methods. This paper introduces thetech nology of characteristics and control reducing NOx emission of an engine, principles about diesel engine exhaust gas recirculation (EGR). For the effects of EGR ratio on performances of diesel engine under different operating conditions were analysised. The results showed :the use of EGR can reduce NOx emissions effectively, heavyload adopting the low EGR rate,lightload adopting large EGR rate are significant.
