摘　　要：高等教育体制包含着管理、办学与投资体制三个方面的内容,其管理体制、办学体制与投资体制,各自既具有独立的体系和机制,有其独立的问题和领域,又相互依托、相互制约。结合当下国家高等教育体制改革的方向和政策,讨论了三者之间的关联性以及其对高等教育体制改革的影响。Higher education system contains the following three aspects： administration,running school,and investment system.The systems of administration,running school,and investment are,on the one hand,independent and have their own problems and fields,on the other hand,depend on and restraint from each other.Combining with the direction and policy of the reformation of higher education system in China,this thesis elaborates the correlation among the three aspects and the influence on the reformation of higher education system.
