摘　　要：目的：探讨Cerb-B-2、nm23基因在乳腺癌中的表达与转移及预后的关系.方法：采用免疫组织化学（SP法）对乳腺癌Cerb-B-2、nm23的表达进行检测.结果：Cerb-B-2阳性率为68.4%,nm23阳性率为71.1%.Cerb-B-2与肿瘤临床分期和淋巴结转移呈正相关,与患者年龄无显著相关性.nm23基因蛋白的表达与临床分级、淋巴结转移呈负相关,而与患者年龄无显著相关性.结论：Cerb-B-2、nm23基因参与乳腺癌的发生发展过程;联合检测Cerb-B-2、nm23基因蛋白对预测乳腺癌淋巴结转移及判断预后有重要意义.Objective To study the expression of oncogenes Cerb--B--2and nm23, and the relationship of two genes with metastasis and prognosis in patients with primary.breast carcinoma. Methods The expression of Cerb--B--gand nm23was detected by immunohistochemical （s--p methods） in 114 cases of breast carcinoma. Results The positive expression of Cerb-- B-- 2and nm23were68.4 ~ andT1.1%. The expression of Cerb-- B-- 2 was positively correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis, but did not relate to age; nm23 was negatively correlated with TNM stage and lymph node me- tastasis, and did not relate to age. Conclusion Oncogenes Cerb--B--2and nm23 may play an important role in the development and progression of beast carcinoma. The combined detection of Cerb--B--2and nm23geneproteins has positive effects on predicting the lymph node metastasis and the prognosis of breast carcinoma.
