摘　　要：脂肪组织是机体储存能量的主要场所,在机体需要时动员,释放能量。但是近几年的研究发现,脂肪组织还是一个活跃的内分泌器官。已有的研究发现脂肪组织可以分泌一系列激素和细胞因子,参与调节一些生理病理过程,与2型糖尿病、肥胖、心血管疾病、免疫反应等有密切的关系。Adipose tissue is the main place the body stores energy in the body needed to mobilize the release of energy.But it is increasingly being recognized that adipose tissue is an active endocrine organ in recent years..Studies have found that fat tissue may secrete a series of hormones and cytokines,involved in the regulation of some physiological and pathological processes,and type 2 diabetes,obesity,cardiovascular disease,immune response are closely related.
