摘　　要：目的:探讨瑞芬太尼在小儿唇腭裂修复术中的应用。方法:择期行唇腭裂修复术的患儿30例随机分为R组瑞芬太尼组和F组芬太尼组。结果:R组手术开始后30min的HR低于F组(P<0.05),R组患儿的苏醒时间为(7.71±0.80)min短于F组(11.91±1.59)min,P<0.05,R组苏醒后的再入睡率低于F组(P<0.05)。Objective To discuss the application of remifentanil in infantile uraniscorrhaphy.Method Select 30 children randomly suffering uraniscorrhaphy are grouped as fentanil group R and remifentanil group F.Result The result shows that HR of group R is lower than group F after 30 minutes operation（P0.05）.The analepsia time of children in group R is 7.75＋0.84 minutes shorter than group F with 11.93＋1.62,（P0.05）.After group R wake up,the rate of childeren back to sleep was lower than group F（P0.05）.Conclusion Infantiles Uraniscorrhaphy using remifentanil could maintain stable hemodynamic status and have a quicker analepsia.
