明胶海绵在腭裂松驰切口填塞中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察明胶海绵应用于腭裂松驰切口的疗效。方法:将206例腭裂一期手术患者分为两组,其中125例使用明胶海绵填塞腭裂松弛切口患者为明胶海绵组,81例使用碘仿纱条填塞腭裂松驰切口患者为碘仿纱条组,观察两组患者术后体温、饮食情况、创口愈合及术后继发性出血等临床指标。结果:明胶海绵较碘仿纱条组术后发热少、主观感受好、创口愈合快,术后继发性出血少。结论:在腭裂松驰切口填塞明胶海绵较碘仿纱条效果好。Objective To observe the effects of Glutin sponge apply to loose cleft palate incision.Methods 206 patients were divided into two groups,one group was 125 cases which using Glutin sponge named Glutin sponge group patients,81 patients using iodoform gauze named iodoform gauze group patients,To observe the clinical indicators of post-operative temperature,diet status,wound healing and developed bleeding et al of the two groups patients.Results The number of post-opeartive fever in Glutin sponge group was lower than the iodorm gauze group,Subjectvelly better perception,quicker wound healing process and less post-operative developed bleeding.Conclusion The application of glutin sponge in loose cleft palate incision has better clinical effects than the application of iodorm gauze.
