摘　　要：目的:评价应用齿科手术显微镜进行前牙直接树脂充填修复的临床效果。方法:对我科30例(60颗)上颌双侧中切牙吻合龋进行直接树脂充填治疗,其中30颗患牙在齿科手术显微镜下进行治疗。结果:在齿科手术显微镜下进行治疗的患牙治疗成功率高达96.7%。结论:应用齿科手术显微镜进行前牙充填术可大大提高治疗成功率。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of applying dental operating microscope（DOM） for anterior teeth which direct filled and repaired with resin.Methods Regarding the 30 clients from our department,There were 60 tooth totally with maxillary central incisor caries,which were treated by direct resin fillingi,nside there were 30 clients operation were treated under DOM.Results The total success rate of the treatment by DOM was 96.7%.Conclusion By using DOM,the success rate of the anterior teeth direct filling treatment will be highly improved.
