直肠癌术前新辅助化学治疗的临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察直肠癌术前选择性化学治疗的疗效.方法对74例直肠癌进行分组,其中一组行常规化疗,观察肿块变化的情况,休息1周术前检查后手术.另一组术前不作化疗,术后随访.结果化疗后肿块缩小,使切除率提高,局部复发率下降.结论直肠癌术前化疗后可提高切除率,减少复发率,是一种较好的综合治疗措施.Objective To observe the curative effect of preoperative chemotherapy on rectal cancer.Methods 74 patients with rectal cancer were divided into 2 groups：preoperative chemotherapy and control group.Patients in preoperative chemotherapy were given regular chemotherapy before operation,while patients in control group didn＇t receive preoperative chemotherapy.The tumor size,complications and other clinical features were observed before and after chemotherapy.Result After chemotherapy,the tumor regressed,the resection rate and were improved,and the local recurrence rate was decreased.Conclusions Preoperative chemotherapy can improve the resection rate,and reduce the recurrence rate.It is an optimal adjuvant therapy for rectal cancer.
