功能性胰岛细胞瘤9例的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨功能性胰岛细胞瘤的临床诊断及治疗方法。方法:回顾分析9例手术切除功能性胰岛细胞瘤的临床资料,均经术后病理学检查获得确诊。结果:7例单病灶行单纯胰岛细胞瘤切除术,2例多病灶行胰体尾切除术,术后血糖恢复正常,2例血糖水平略高,补充胰岛素后可控制正常。结论:功能性胰岛细胞瘤应明确诊断后首选手术切除,可获得良好的临床治疗效果。Objective： To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of functional insuloma. Methods： Nine cases with functional insuloma confirmed by the postoperative pathological examination were treated with surgical resection,the data were analyzed retrospectively . Results： Seven cases with solitary mass underwent tumor enucleation,2 cases with multiple masses underwent spleen-preserving distal pancreatectomy,the blood suger level were recovered to normal after the operation,2 cases with a little higher blood sugar level were controlled to be normal through additional insulin. Conclusion： The operation exairesis is the first choice for confirmed functional insuloma,which would achieve better therapeutic effects.
