摘  要:目的分析光学相干断层扫描技术(optical coherence tomography,OCT)测量正常人和原发性开角型青光眼(primary open-angle glaucoma,POAG)患者黄斑区神经节细胞复合体(ganglion cell complex,GCC)厚度的可重复性。方法随机选取正常人和POAG患者各15眼分为正常组和青光眼组,应用傅立叶域光学相干断层扫描(RTVue-100FD-OCT),采用双盲法,检查者A和检查者B间隔4h分别对2组受检者进行GCC程序的扫描,记录黄斑区平均、上方及下方GCC厚度,分别计算检查者A和检查者B测量黄斑区GCC厚度值的变异系数,统计分析检查者A和检查者B组内各组数据变异系数的差异以及两者之间各组数据变异系数的差异。结果操作者A测量正常组黄斑区平均、上方、下方GCC厚度值的变异系数分别为2.17%±1.16%、2.24%±1.04%、2.10%±1.22%,青光眼组的变异系数分别为3.17%±1.34%、3.19%±1.67%、3.23%±1.59%;操作者B测量正常人黄斑区平均、上方、下方GCC厚度值的变异系数分别为2.26%±1.14%、2.39%±0.84%、2.43%±0.94%,青光眼组的变异系数分别为3.33%±1.34%、2.33%±1.61%、3.87%±2.02%。同一操作者内测量正常组、青光眼组黄斑区平均、上方、下方GCC厚度值的变异系数比较,差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05);操作者之间测量数据的变异系数比较,差异也均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论 RTVue-100FD-OCT测量正常人、POAG患者黄斑区GCC厚度操作者内和操作者间均具有较好的可重复性。Objective To investigate the reproducibility for measuring thickness of ganglion cell complex(GCC)at macular area in normal people and patients with primary open-angle glaucoma(POAG)by optical coherence tomography(OCT).Methods Normal people(15 eyes)and POAG patients(15 eyes)were randomly selected and applied with RTVue-100 FD-OCT.With double blind,GCC scanning was taken on cases of both two groups by examiner A and examiner B with the interval of 4 hours to record average,superior and inferior GCC thickness at macular area.The coefficient of variability between the two examiners for detecting GCC thickness at macular area was calculated.The differences of coefficient of variability between the two groups by examiner A or examiner B and between the two examiners in each group were statistically analyzed.Results The coefficients of variability of average,superior and inferior GCC thickness at macular area were(2.17±1.16)%,(2.24±1.04)% and(2.10±1.22)% by examiner A in control group,and were(3.17±1.34)%,(3.19±1.67)% and(3.23±1.59)% in glaucoma group;The coefficients of variability of average,superior and inferior GCC thickness at macular area were(2.26±1.14)%,(2.39±0.84)% and(2.43±0.94)% by examiner B in control group,and were(3.33±1.34)%,(2.33±1.61)% and(3.87±2.02)% in glaucoma group.There was no significant difference in average,superior and inferior GCC thickness at macular area between normal group and glaucoma group by each examiner(all P0.05).There was no difference between examiners(all P0.05).Conclusion There is a high reproducibility between examiners or groups for RTVue-100 FD-OCT detecting GCC thickness at macular area in normal people and POAG patients.
