摘　　要：目的：观察鼻咽癌初诊患者对磁共振（MRI）检查的心理反应及心理干预的效果.方法：从2009年6月至12月,选取在我院作MRI检查的鼻咽癌初诊患者1246例,观察患者的心理反应及心理干预的效果.结果：经过心理干预后,所有患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪得到改善,并积极配合,使MRI检查顺利完成.结论：心理干预可减轻作MRI检查鼻咽癌初诊患者的心理反应,使检查顺利完成.Objective：The study was to survey the psychological reaction of patients with nasopharyngeal cancer （NPC） during magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） examination and effectiveness of psychological intervention. Materials： A total of 1246 patients with NPC who received MRI examination in our hospital were selected to enter investigation from June 2009 to December 2009. Psychological reaction of the patients during Mill examination and the effectiveness of psychological intervention were observed. Results： Anxiety and depression were improved in all patients with NPC and MRI examination was finished smoothly. Conclusion： Psychological intervention can alleviate psychological reaction of the patients with NPC during MRI examination.
