摘  要:【目的】研究发状分裂相关增强子(HEY1)在人脑星形细胞瘤组织中的表达与临床病理及预后的相关性。【方法】应用免疫组化法检测117例星形细胞瘤和4例正常脑组织中的HEY1的表达,并结合临床随访资料研究与临床病理特征及预后的关系。【结果】正常脑组织中未见HEY1明显表达;星形细胞瘤组织中HEY1表达阳性率95.7%,HEY1的阳性表达与病理分级呈正相关(r=0.308,P=0.001);高级别星形细胞瘤(Ⅲ和Ⅳ级)中HEY1表达阳性率显著高于低级别星形细胞瘤(Ⅰ和Ⅱ级,P=0.000);HEY1高表达组和低表达组患者3年生存率分别为25.5%和44.3%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。【结论】HEY1在星形细胞瘤中高表达,并与病理分级正相关,与患者预后负相关,提示其可能在星形细胞瘤发生发展中起重要作用。【Objective】 To investigate the expression of hairy / enhancer-of-split related with YRPW motif 1 (HEY1) in astrocytoma,and to explore its relationship with the pathological grades and prognosis. 【Methods】 The expression of HEY1 in 4 cases of normal brain tissues and 117 cases of astrocytoma were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the correlation of HEY1 expression with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis were analyzed. 【Results】 Expression of HEY1 was barely found in the normal brain tissues. The positive rate of HEY1 expression in the patients with astrocytoma was 95.7%. The expression of HEY1 in astrocytoma was positively associated with pathological grades (r = 0.308,P = 0.001). The positive rate of HEY1 expression in astrocytoma of Grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in astrocytoma of GradeⅠand Ⅱ (P = 0.000). The 3-year survival rate of the patients with high HEY1 expression (25.5%) was significantly lower than that of the patients with low HEY1 expression (44.3%,P 0.001). 【Conclusions】 HEY1 is overexpressed in astrocytoma. The expression of HEY1 is positively correlated with pathological grades and negatively correlated with survival time,implying that HEY1 might play the important role during the development and progression of astrocytoma.
