摘  要:赣香A是江西省农业科学院水稻研究所育成的一个野败籼型三系不育系,已经在省内外配组应用。为了弄清赣香A对稻瘟病的抗性水平,利用江西和福建省稻瘟病重发区进行自然鉴定,并用江西省26个市、县主要水稻产区采集的生理小种:ZA(24个)、ZB(70个)、ZC(18个)、ZD(3个)、ZE(2个)和ZG(5个)群,计122个稻瘟病单孢菌株和浙江省稻瘟病优势及致病性较强的10个混合菌株进行人工接种鉴定。结果表明,赣香A在江西井冈山稻瘟病重发区叶瘟为0级,高抗叶瘟;在福建省将乐县稻瘟病发病区连续四年鉴定,表现苗瘟0级,高抗叶瘟;在福建上杭茶地稻瘟病区鉴定,苗瘟为0级、叶瘟4级、穗颈瘟3级,发病率显著低于诱发品种,中抗稻瘟病;浙江省人工接种鉴定结果苗瘟为0级,高抗叶瘟。通过用122个稻瘟病单孢菌株分别对赣香A接种鉴定,以广抗品种特特普和感病品种丽江新团黑谷作对照,赣香A对81个菌株表现出抗病反应,占所测菌株的76.23%,对28个菌株表现出感病反应,占所测菌株的22.95%,仅对1个菌株表现出高感;对照广抗品种特特普对99个菌株表现出抗病反应,占所测菌株的81.15%,感病品种丽江新团黑谷仅对1个菌株表现出抗病反应,占所测菌株的0.82%;赣香A对ZA、ZB、ZC、ZE群和ZD7、ZG1生理小种,抗性频率达到62.5%~100%,而特特普对ZA群生理小种表现感病,抗性频率仅为4.17%,说明赣香A表现出广谱抗性。通过比较赣香A与30个单基因抗病品种对122个稻瘟病菌的抗感反应,可知,赣香A的抗病性,比所测30个单基因抗病品种中抗病结果最好的Pi-Zt(抗病率74.59%)要好。。Ganxiang A is a WA type indica CMS line,developed by Rice Research Institute,Jiangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences.Some hybrids using Ganxiang A as female parent had been used in Jiangxi and the other provinces.To identify the resistance level of Ganxiang A to rice blast,the resistance experiments were conducted in the blast disease prone areas in Jiangxi and Fujian province under natural conditions.In the meantime,the artificial inoculation experiments were set up by using 122 rice blast isolates collected from the main rice growing regions in 26 counties of Jiangxi province,including:ZA(24),ZB(70),ZC(18),ZD(3),ZE(2) and ZG(5) gruops,and 10 mixed strains with strong pathogenicity collected from Zhejiang.The results showed that Ganxiang A reached 0 level of rice seedling blast and HR to leaf blast in the blast-prone areas in Jinggangshan,Jiangxi.It was recorded as 0 level of rice seedling blast and HR to leaf blast for four years in the blast-prone areas in Jiangle,Fujian.It was 0 level of rice seedling blast,4 level of rice leaf blast,3 level of neck blast,significantly lower incidence rate than the susceptible varieties(CK) and MR to blast in the blast-prone areas in Shanghang,Fujian.The artificial inoculation experiments in Zhejiang displayed that Ganxiang A showed 0 level of rice seedling blast,HR to leaf blast.The artificial inoculation experiments by using 122 rice blast isolates separately as innoculum,Tetep as the resistant control,and Lijiang-xintuan-heigu as the susceptible control,indicated that Ganxiang A showed resistant reaction to 81 rice blast isolates,with resistance spectrum of 76.23%,susceptible reaction to 28 rice blast isolates with susceptibility spectrum of 22.95%,and HS reaction to 1 rice blast isolate,while the resistance control Tetep showed resistant reaction to 99 rice blast isolates with resistance spectrum of 81.15%,and Lijiang-xintuan-heigu showed resistant reaction to 1 rice blast isolate with resistance spectrum of 0.82%.The resistance frequency of
